I am doing Weight Watchers, so I have put the number of Weight Watchers points next to each main dish. I calculated each using the online Recipe Builder app via the Weight Watchers Website.
Sunday: Hunt and Peck- eat up those leftovers
Monday: Lentil Taco Salad with Homemade Guac 
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Beef, Cabbage, and Stewed Tomatoes (I make mine minus worcestershire, beef broth, and garlic) 
Wednesday: Leftover Beef and Cabbage
Thursday: Vegan Quinoa Chili 
Friday: Lentil and Onion Spread over Rice 
Saturday: Hunt and Peck. I am taking my 4 year old to a show and dinner (Chick Fil-A) for 1:1 time.
Also making: Apple Oat Greek Yogurt Muffins
