Sunday: Vegan Mushroom Lemon Lentil Salad

Monday: Cheese Grits, Roasted Asparagus

Tuesday: Vegan Bean and Zucchini Cutlets, Roasted Cauliflower

Wednesday: Lentil Shepherd’s Pie, Roasted Green Beans and Mushrooms

Thursday: Hunt and Peck

Friday: Oven Baked Potatoes with Butter and Cheese, Roasted Broccoli

Saturday: Tea Party Menu: Mini Egg Salad Sandwiches, Cucumber Sandwiches, a touch of Ploughman’s Lunch (veg,  mustard, tomato, pickle, onion, etc) , Scones, Old Fashioned Sugar Cake
