Frugal Step: Make A Menu 1st Week of January 2017

Breakfasts:

Oatmeal or Cinnamon toast or frozen waffle (on school days only)

Lunches:

PB & J or Yogurt or piece of cheese/turkey sticks, carrots or sliced peppers or sliced tomatoes, small salad (for me), applesauce or raisins or fresh fruit, crackers, homemade cookie or fruit snacks

Dinners:

Monday: Oven-baked loaded baked potatoes with butter, cheese, and leftover bacon (I scrub and pierce each potato, rub with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt, pop directly onto the oven rack and bake for 70 minutes on 350)

Tuesday: Slow Cooker Beef and Cabbage, Amish Potato Rolls

Wednesday: Leftover beef and cabbage

Thursday: Slow Cooker Boston Baked Beans, Beer Bread

Friday: Leftover baked beans and a fresh loaf of Beer Bread

Saturday: Hunt and peck (I’m seeing a Broadway show)

Sunday: Hunt and peck

Making: Instant Pot Greek Yogurt, DIY London Fog Tea Latte, Sahlab (I read about it in Rick Riordan’s Red Pyramid, and being a vanilla lover, wanted to try)
