Monday: Hunt and Peck- use up hot dogs/veg burgers, corn on the cob, and fruit

Tuesday: Lentil Taco Salad

Wednesday: Kidney Bean, Zucchini, and Onion Saute, Sliced Tomatoes

Thursday: BLTs (meat for family/soy for me), Peaches

Friday: Baked Eggs with Mushrooms and Parm and a side of Polenta

Saturday: Vegan Chopped Rice Salad

Sunday: Avocado Heirloom Tomato Toast with Balsamic Drizzle
