School starts for us this week, and we’ll have evening swimming lessons, an evening kindergarten parents meeting, and an evening baby shower, so it will be a relatively simple menu this week.

Monday: Swim lessons tonight- Shirred Eggs with Herbs and Garlic, Toast, Fruit, Salad
Tuesday: Kindergarten meeting tonight- Taco Tuesday! using that taco kit my MIL gave us. This is the first time we’ve ever used a taco kit.
Wednesday: Baby shower for me- PB & J, Carrots, and Oranges for the kids
Thursday: First day of School! Spaghetti with peppers, onions, and cannellini beans
Friday: Slow Cooker Black Beans and Rice (we’re adding Greek yogurt, cheese, tomato, and cilantro when done), Salad
Sunday: Hunt and Peck- clean out the fridge
