Tuesday:  Simple Spaghetti with Jarred Sauce and Sauteed Peppers and Onions

Wednesday: BLTs, Roasted Cauliflower

Thursday: Twice Baked Sweet Potato with Feta and Sumac, Salad

Friday: Shakshuka With Feta

Saturday: Date Night with friends at this amazing place (Cheddar Soup and Fried Brussels Sprouts- yum!). The kids get hot dogs or chicken nuggets

  • The most important aspect of making a menu is that it saves money on buying things that are not needed and end up wasting . I am trying to work on that aspect of my life.

  • We definitely notice we have less food waste in the house when we menu plan, even more so when we schedule in “hunt and peck” nights. It isn’t perfect and we still have some food waste at times, but nothing like we used to have.
