Frugal Step: Make A Menu

Monday: English Muffin Pizzas (and low carb bell peppers with sauce and cheese for me)

Tuesday: Chicken and Veggie Teriyaki Stir Fry

Wednesday: Turkey Pastrami Sandwiches, Pan-Fried Brussels Sprouts

Thursday: I am teaching from 6-10, so hunt and peck for the family

Friday: Teaching all day again. Instant Pot to the rescue (I hope). Loaded Baked Potatoes.

Saturday: Spaghetti with Meat Sauce in Slow Cooker (I am out all day). I am eating it over spaghetti squash made in the Instant Pot
