Breakfasts:

Soup and Salad, PB & J and Carrots, Yogurt and Veggies, or Cheese and Veggie Sandwich

Dinners:

Sunday: Hunt and Peck

Monday: Platejoy recipe Paleo Sausage and Mushroom Pizza Bowls

Tuesday: PB & J and Fruit due to Girl Scout meeting

Wednesday: Shirred Eggs with Herbs and Garlic, Toast, Oranges

Thursday: Spaghetti Sauce with Beef and Bell Peppers in Slow Cooker eaten over Zoodles and Spaghetti Squash

Friday: Lentil Taco Salad topped with Sour Cream, Cheese, Tomato, and Cilantro

Saturday: Bacon, Buttermilk Biscuits, Sauteed Zucchini, Strawberries and Cream Sponge Cake

Snacks:

All Platejoy recipes: Celery with Almond Butter and Dried Cranberries, Rice Cake with Almond Butter and Banana, Frozen Grapes, Apples with Almond Butter and Mini Chocolate Chips,  Peach Sorbet
