Frugal Step: Make A Menu



I am doing Weight Watchers, so I have put the number of Weight Watchers points next to each main dish. I calculated each using the online Recipe Builder app via the Weight Watchers Website.

Monday: BLTs [4], Corn [0], Oranges [0]

Tuesday: Spaghetti with Cheese and Zucchini [8]

Wednesday: Lentil Taco Salad with Homemade Guac [4]

Thursday: Kielbasa ( 3 point veg burger for me) and Potatoes [4]

Friday: Lentil and Onion Spread over Rice [7]

Saturday: Homemade Cheese Pizza [10]

Sunday: Hunt and Peck
