I am doing Weight Watchers, so I have put the number of Weight Watchers points next to each main dish. I calculated each using the online Recipe Builder app via the Weight Watchers Website.
Monday: BLTs , Corn , Oranges 
Tuesday: Spaghetti with Cheese and Zucchini 
Wednesday: Lentil Taco Salad with Homemade Guac 
Thursday: Kielbasa ( 3 point veg burger for me) and Potatoes 
Friday: Lentil and Onion Spread over Rice 
Saturday: Homemade Cheese Pizza 
Sunday: Hunt and Peck
